The plan is simple: Hire a great coach that builds a team of exceptional young people, and surround them with the resources and infrastructure to out-train, out-recruit, and out-perform the competition.
Moving into the Pac-12 brings a wealth of new opportunities, but it also comes with heightened expectations. To maximize our potential, we need to demonstrate an institutional commitment to building, supporting, and sustaining a winning athletics program. With that in mind, we are launching an ambitious multi-phase renovation of Chuck and Gloria Bell Field as part of the $125 million Reach and Rise campaign. Investment is they key to comprehensive sustained excellence in Utah State Women's Soccer and, regardless of the amount, there is an opportunity for every Aggie to participate.
The journey begins with essential upgrades designed to elevate the playing experience:
New Lights: Allowing for evening matches that enhance accessibility and fan attendance, NCAA and conference tournament play, and the hosting of regional and state high school or club championships.

Advanced Drainage System: Ensuring a pristine playing surface in all weather conditions.

State-of-the-Art Playing Surface: A resilient, professional-grade field for peak performance and player safety.

This phase ensures a reliable, high-quality environment for training and competition.
